Прекрасный отель, с хорошим подходом для отдыха. Прекрасная кухня, уважительный и отзывчивый персонал. В отеле скучать не приходиться, огромнре внисание отдыхающим, ноаогоднее настроение. Overall really nice! I would recommend upon check in to give more information about what is included and what is not and where is what. Probably a bit under staffed. About the in hotel offerings they are to pushy they don't let you relax for a period of time because they come non stop offering something please do something about that, because even if you purchase something the starting price that you agreed on rises by about 150%. I would recommend to the guest going to ignore the duty free shop that is in the premises of the hotel because just outside of the hotel is a really nice supermarket and a lot cheaper if you do need something. About food and drinks there is not much for you to choose but what they offer doesn’t  disappoint. Even if is all inclusive please do tip because if you do so you will be more satisfied with the service . (2nd visit ) There’s been a clear improvement in the restaurant, especially in the food and service. The rooms remain a little outdated, but overall the experience was better than my previous visit. The highlights this time were the new barbecue addition at dinner and having Starbucks available on the beach. Mostafa and Sabry at the pool grill were very friendly and always made sure we had a drink at hand. The animation team was also good and added to the overall positive experience.
